Enjoy a posh experience in a new custom build, 1 Mile from the Downtown Mall, 2 miles from UVA, close to shopping, nightlife, and a 15 minute drive to a host of wineries along the Monticello Wine Trail. This home is great for guests desiring to take advantage of attractions in the Charlottesville/Central Virginia area. This is a newly constructed home that features an open layout on the first floor. The kitchen has a large island with KitchenAid appliances and cream colored quartz countertops.
The dining area is set up for six; however, the large island adds abundant space for additional guests. The living area is set up for eight people, and the large flat fireplace can heat the entire open area and includes a 60 inch TV above the floating mantle.
The main floor balcony entrance is just off the living room (four large glass sliding doors). The Trex deck is large, can hold 15-20 people (includes seating for 10), and provides shade or cover from rain/snow. Note: seating can increase based on demand and guests requests.
Finally, the laundry room is quite large and includes large capacity washer and dryer, a utility sink, a small table, drying racks and lot’s of storage.
The second floor includes a sizable master bedroom (king size bed) with an on suite bathroom that includes a large stand alone tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The second floor also includes three additional bedrooms and two additional bathrooms.
The basement is roughly 1000 sq ft and includes a separate bedroom (queen size bed) and an on suite bathroom that has a sink and a shower/bathtub.
The large basement open area includes a ping pong table, a queen size Murphy bed (disguised as a large white bookshelf), along with a futon (plush queen size mattress) and a 65 in TV.
Walkout basement leads to a large patio (as pictured). Seating on the patio currently accommodates five, but can easily increase upon request. A grill and fire pit are also available. There is lots of green space in the back that leads to a creek, so guest may see small deer and foxes, which flee upon encounters with people. Also note: the backyard is not fenced off on all sides. No neighbors to the right, but neighbors are to the left of the house. Plenty of space between the two homes.
Guests can access the entire property.
I'll be available via text and e-mail, or in person upon request.
Quiet, mature, transitioning neighborhood with new developments springing up. This neighborhood is a 15 min walk from the city center, UVA hospital, and the UVA campus. Wegmans and Food Lion grocery stores are a 5 min drive away.
Guests can walk to many of the city center restaurants, bars, and shops within 10-15 minutes. Biking lanes are available throughout most of city area, if you like to ride. Additionally, Uber/Lyft drivers are available for a 5-10 minute ride depending on the traffic. Parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods, but free parking becomes more limited closer to downtown and campus areas. Downtown has plenty of paid parking at reasonable rates. The larger grocery stores, such as Wegmans or Food Lion, are a short drive down 5th St, the main artery leading to the home.
The house is child friendly, but not child proof. Outlets are child proof; however, cabinets and other areas do not include child locks or fenced areas.
Do not use the property for parties—neighborhood is quiet, and I don’t want to disrupt neighbors.
Please remove shoes to protect the floors.
Please do not place hot pans or dishes on the kitchen countertops or dining table.

This home is as the perfect retreat for a weekend away in Charlottesville. The layout is perfect for families or groups of friends. We loved having six bedrooms, all comfortably furnished and spotless. The kitchen is well stocked and the elevated deck creates a perfect place for a peaceful cup of coffee or glass of wine. Reggie was extremely helpful, proactive and made the check in/out process a breeze. Highly recommend this beautiful home."

The house is stunning!! Extremely clean, beautifully decorated. There was local wine and muffin from a bakery on arrival, which was the sweetest detail! Reggie was extremely kind and helpful!

This property did not disappoint! It is a spacious home that is beautifully decorated. We were in Charlottesville for a girls weekend and the house provided plenty of room for our party of 9. The location is perfect...just minutes from the downtown area, Carter's Mountain and many of the local wineries. We lucked out with the weather and were able to spend time on the back deck which provided ample seating for our entire group. Reggie is a wonderful host and we arrived to a bouquet of flowers, wine and fresh baked muffins. He went above the call of duty after we departed by locating an item that was left behind and mailing it back to a member of our party. While we had a house full of adults, the accommodations are perfect for families as well. The basement area provides plenty of entertainment opportunities. There's a ping pong table, corn hole and plenty of games. I would highly recommend a stay at this wonderful home with a very gracious host!
